What does pH Levels mean?

A pH number measures from 0 to14 how acidic or alkaline a liquid is. Anything above 7 is alkaline and anything below 7 is acidic. Water has a pH level of 7. It's neutral. This means it has the same amount of acids and alkalis, which balance each other out.

 

What happens when your body is too acidic?

When the body is acidic, minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, are taken from your bones and organs to help neutralize the acid and remove it from your body, causing mineral deficiencies and weakening all systems.
